REACH has been working on a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties, titled the Resilience Roadmap. The draft of this plan was presented to both Boards of Supervisors on Sept 12 and received unanimous support (10-0 vote). This kicked off the start of the required 30-day public comment process that will run from Sept 12-Oct 12.
In the newsletter below you will find a link to the draft plan, as well as the process for providing feedback during the public comment window. This marks an important milestone for this two-county community-catalyzing project.
